Terms and Conditions of Sales

 

A processing fee (2.4%) will apply to invoices paying credit or debit. We accept payments via EMT for those wishing to avoid online payment processing.

Should you wish to pay via EMT you must contact us directly to make payment arrangements. Once we review your request, you'll receive an info request for your client file. Your file will be created and your digital invoice will be sent upon completion.

 

When your digital invoice arrives via email link, the EMT payment can be sent to info@canadianreptileadventires.ca - set password as 

  BallPython   (one word, with capital B & P). 

Payment via EMT will be processed on our end and your invoice will be electronically updated. 

You'll receive a proof of payment upon payment processing. Please note: All deposits are non transferable, non refundable.

 

All sales are final, and non refundable.

 

In the event of a discrepancy we reserve the right to accept or decline requests, specific to each client. Any reimbursements are  processed via store credit at our discretion. No monetary funds will be reimbursed at any time due to the nature of the industry and a closed colony collection (once a product leaves our care, we are no longer able to ensure it's future viability or that it is not an active vector host).

 

If you have any specific requests or concerns please contact us directly BEFORE moving ahead with your purchase. We are unable to make changes after a purchase is finalized.
